A rapidly expanding property management company based in Ormskirk/Liverpool is looking for an Assistant Property Manager / Content Creator to join its team within a Hybrid role. You will work 3 days a week on property management and 2 days a week on social media and content creation. Stockton Students is offering this full-time opportunity for a dedicated individual eager to grow with and help grow the company.

Property Manager Duties

1. Managing a varied portfolio of residential properties in the Liverpool/Ormskirk market, liaising directly with tenants and landlords.
2. First point of contact for all incoming management enquiries.
3. Ensuring a high level of customer and client service is maintained at all times.
4. Carrying out quarterly property inspections and arranging inventories & check-outs.
5. Preparing tenancy agreements.
6. Processing tenancy renewals.

Content Creator Duties

1. Content planning.
2. Content creation.
3. Publishing onto social media platforms.
4. Collaboration and communication.
5. Analyzing and improving output.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Own a car and can travel around London.
