CHG_MERIDIAN is seeking an 'A-Player' Sales performer who is well-rounded, combining expertise, passion, integrity, and innovation to drive sustainable growth and make a meaningful impact.

As a Technology Account Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and developing new business opportunities with targeted prospects/customers, as well as delivering high-quality, customer-focused solutions in a cost-effective manner.

Areas of responsibility

  1. Actively pursue new business and lead development with targeted prospects/customers as agreed with the Head of Sales and in line with the customer acquisition strategy.
  2. Drive demand and build relationships with CIO, ICT, Procurement, Finance, HR, customer service departments, and all involved in the buying center process.
  3. Work with partners to gain direct customer engagement.
  4. Manage end-to-end lifecycle relationships.
  5. Create customer-specific proposals, deal structures, and calculations.
  6. Maintain and report up-to-date CRM pipeline activity and account plans.
  7. Plan, prepare, and execute sales and marketing campaigns in conjunction with defined prospects and support from Marketing.
  8. Manage inquiries from prospects and customers regarding credit approval and finance documentation, liaising with the CHG operations team as necessary.
  9. Arrange and attend meetings to develop new business relationships.
  10. Build and maintain a network of relevant contacts: prospects, customers, and suppliers.

Required skills

  • Previous background in ICT with some level of sales experience.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to handle complex, service-oriented customer solutions.
  • Able to influence, advise, and work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, developing and maintaining effective relationships, and initiating new contacts.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and liaise with individuals at all levels.
  • Personal commitment, desire, and drive to succeed.
