Qualifications

  • Excellent 12 month FTC within OTC/Healthcare, likely to extend/go perm!
  • Perfect to build and develop foundational NAE knowledge and skills!

About Our Client

My client focuses on over-the-counter (OTC) products, delivering healthcare solutions for consumers worldwide. They offer a variety of products, ranging from pain relief, digestive health, and allergy relief, to vitamins and minerals.

Job Description

The successful National Account Executive will:

Customer Support (50%)

  • Complete new line forms
  • Complete promotional proposal forms
  • Co-ordinate and attend external meetings & events
  • Build effective relationships with key account contacts
  • Work cross-functionally to implement agreed customer plans
  • Conduct regular online and in-store audits to review implementation of activity and monitor competitor activity
  • Respond to ad hoc queries and requests

Internal Account Support (50%)

  • Invoice management
  • Sales analysis and reporting
  • Weekly / monthly forecast management
  • Maintain accuracy of team files (contact matrix, trade spend, customer activity plans)
  • Co-ordinate internal meetings and events as required
  • Project work e.g. return on investment analysis

The Successful Applicant

The successful National Account Executive could have:

  • Experience working as Sales Support for a Commercial Function
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced commercial environment, ideally in Sales
  • FMCG experience advantageous

Skills:

  • Manage data accurately (including spreadsheet management)
  • The ability to time manage effectively
  • The ability to use Excel to an intermediate level to interpret sales data and create reports for the client
  • The ability to use PowerPoint to an intermediate level to help create compelling presentations for both customers and clients
  • The ability to proactively anticipate issues and solve them in a timely manner by investigating as appropriate and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to autonomously manage and prioritise your own workload to ensure accuracy, attention to detail and that deadlines are met as agreed
  • The ability to communicate effectively with internal colleagues and external clients, customers and suppliers

Will have a Full UK Driving License
