Summary of This Role
  • Receive Option/Parameter Maintenance Requests (OMRs), review, discuss, investigate with relevant sources, and resolve the OMRs within ten days.
  • Provide guidance and consultancy to clients on option-related issues. Build and deliver training internally and externally, support product launches and projects. Implement and verify allocated OMRs accurately to mitigate risks to clients and TSYS.
What Part Will You Play?
  • Assess each OMR's required screen changes, including sizing and impact analysis.
  • Evaluate whether changes meet client business objectives and their relationships with other OMRs.
  • Determine if emergency refreshes are needed and ensure all information is documented.
  • Liaise with clients to clarify requirements, objectives, and timelines.
  • Prepare documentation for client review on significant OMRs, such as complex modules.
  • Assist with keying and verifying changes as needed.
  • Maintain attention to detail to minimize errors.
  • Develop expertise across modules to conduct training and create supporting documentation.
  • Understand clients' business processes and suggest improvements.
  • Act as a consultancy resource on option management, including onsite visits.
  • Provide on-call support for OMR issues on a rotating schedule and occasional out-of-hours support.
What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and training.
  • Typically at least 4 years of relevant experience, including client consulting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including macros in Excel.
  • Experience in the credit card industry.
