TSA Surveying is representing a national SME that is succession planning for its Leeds office. With a Partner set to retire within two years, they are looking to make a strategic hire for a Director, offering a clear progression pathway to Partner where you can have equity in the company and very lucrative bonuses.

As an independent building and project consultancy, they operate across four UK offices: London, Chester, Birmingham, and Leeds. In the Leeds office, they have a lot of workloads from existing and new clients and therefore not only planning for the partner's retirement but also keep growing the office with further appointments, meaning there are opportunities for you to grow a team and have a leadership role.

Their diverse workload includes dilapidations on both landlord and tenant sides, technical due diligence, development monitoring, and project management. They primarily serve the industrial, commercial, retail, and leisure sectors, working with private sector clients such as financial institutions, developers, and owner-occupiers, as well as builders merchants like Travis Perkins. The successful candidate will take on these responsibilities while also contributing to business development.
