About the Role

As a Counter Fraud Investigator, you will play a key role in identifying and investigating potentially fraudulent motor claims. You’ll review cases referred from various sources, conduct thorough investigations, and ensure genuine claims are settled swiftly.

This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will liaise with customers and third parties while managing your caseload. You’ll need to use initiative, make quick decisions, and balance independent work with team collaboration.

Skills and Experience
  • Experience in insurance claims, fraud investigation, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a personal caseload.
  • Knowledge of UK fraud legislation, including The Fraud Act 2006 (desirable but not essential).
