About this Position

This role supports the CSX Centre of Excellence Analytics & Technology Team, specifically the Reporting & Analytics team, focusing on automating reports, creating visuals in PowerBI, and supporting process improvements.

What you'll do
  • Support reporting automation and visualization creation in PowerBI.
  • Use analytics for predictions and to support target achievement.
  • Ensure data quality through SAP reporting.
  • Support process improvements and learn about customer data management, EDI, labels, Service Cloud, and complex orders.
  • Collaborate with various teams to analyze performance and define improvement actions.
  • Review systems and processes for continuous improvement and support implementation.
  • Manage system and report maintenance, data quality, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Provide quality customer service by identifying opportunities for new business or retention.
What makes you a good fit
