Showroom Sales Assistant - flexible hours

#ShowOffYourShowroom Come and join us as a results-driven Showroom Sales Assistant on a flexible hours basis to grow and deliver sales as part of a hugely successful branch team. You will be contracted to 16 hours a week but will have the flexibility to work up to 37.5 hours a week to cover peak trading hours, holidays, and meet business needs.

The role: As a Showroom Sales Assistant, you know that the perfect bathroom requires planning, trust, creativity, and the ability to bring ideas to life. You will support the Showroom Sales Manager with daily operations and assist in sales development. The role involves visiting customers in their homes to take measurements and designing their ideal bathroom.

You will attend networking events and have opportunities to run them. Building rapport quickly and creating trusted relationships are key to exceeding customer expectations. Embrace our inclusive team environment and enjoy your work!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive engagement, building rapport, and generating repeat business.
2. Deliver high levels of customer service.

Previous sales experience is preferable but not essential; a positive attitude is most important. Success in this role depends on your ability to influence, persuade, and drive sales with energy and enthusiasm.
