  • Providing your team with the necessary tools and supplies

  • Monitoring standards and addressing any issues promptly
  • Creating positive guest experiences and resolving queries promptly
  • Maintaining accurate data and using systems effectively
  • Ensuring safe handling of chemicals and cleaning materials according to COSHH guidelines
