Arise Recruit is excited to be working with a dynamic and forward-thinking architectural practice in Cambridge, renowned for its innovative designs and diverse project portfolio.

We are supporting this company in recruiting talented Part II Architectural Assistants, Technical Architects, and Architectural Technicians to join their established team at their Head Office.

The team collaborates with two regional offices across the UK. Successful candidates will be offered a competitive salary of up to 50k (dependent on experience), with the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects. The practice's portfolio includes sectors such as commercial, private and volume residential, new build schools, sports, and community projects, ensuring a varied workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of projects across all stages.
• Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using REVIT.
• Manage construction stages with a good understanding of design specifications and building regulations.
• Engage effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills and Qualifications

• For Architects and Architectural Technicians: RIBA / ARB or CIAT Membership.
• Proven Stage 4 technical detailing experience with a strong understanding of on-site processes.
• In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in REVIT.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
