Requirements
  • Expect to face physical aggression, verbal aggression, absconding, self-harm, and sexualised behaviours. However, many of our most challenging young people have made incredible progress. Find out more through our case studies: https://protective-care.co.uk/portfolio_category/young-people/
  • A full UK manual driving licence is essential, as our young people enjoy outings.
  • We are person-centred, so flexibility and adaptability are key. Be prepared to stay away from home and work varied shift patterns, including day shifts, waking night shifts, and sleep-ins.
