An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Higher-Level Pharmacy Technician to work in the inpatient dispensary. If you are looking for a new and exciting challenge to develop your leadership and management skills, this could be the role for you.
The Pharmacy team welcomes Technicians interested in expanding their skills and knowledge by joining our developing and growing team in this exciting role.
Located in the heart of Buckinghamshire countryside, the Trust is conveniently close to London and Oxford. We serve three main sites: Wycombe, Amersham, and Stoke Mandeville. As a progressive department, we continually develop our services and are committed to staff development, fully supporting CPD.
You will be responsible for managing the dispensary workload, labeling and dispensing medication for inpatients, outpatients, controlled drugs, and ensuring staff are supported and trained to provide a safe service. You will work as part of the wider Pharmacy team to support and develop pharmacy provision, maximize efficiency, and deliver excellent patient care.
Full training will be funded and provided by the trust for nationally recognized ACPT and Medicines Optimisation courses.
