What you'll do:

The Welder position involves welding various materials related to our product lines, including truck bodies, chassis, motorhome chassis, and specialty vehicles.

• Use modification and welding skills (minimum AWS 3G/4G level) to rework cab and components
• Perform welding according to blueprints
• Fabricate components from raw materials as needed
• Read and follow detailed instructions and blueprints
• Understand production flow and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Self-inspect work and maintain quality standards
• Use hand, electric, cordless, and pneumatic tools
• Meet production goals and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Support process improvements and lean initiatives
• Resolve issues collaboratively with teams
• Solve complex problems with minimal assistance

What you need to be successful:

• HS Diploma or GED required
• AWS Certification preferred
• Excellent attendance and positive attitude
• Attention to detail and self-motivation
• Team-oriented mindset
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to pass welding certification tests in AWS sections: D1.1, D1.2, D1.3, D1.6, and D9.1
