Job Description

• Oversee all stages of the manufacturing process, ensuring smooth operation and maximum productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to at all times.
• Collaborate with various departments to align operational activities with business objectives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to production staff, fostering a team-oriented environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and order materials as required.
• Manage production schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Report regularly on performance and progress towards production goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Manager should have:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
