Role Description

Our client, a premier international restructuring team known for handling complex, high-profile mandates, is looking for a Director to lead and manage restructuring projects from inception to completion. The role involves developing strategic solutions for distressed clients, conducting financial analyses, preparing detailed business reviews, and managing and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage restructuring projects from inception to completion.
  2. Support corporates in developing and implementing strategic solutions for financially distressed clients.
  3. Conduct financial analysis and prepare comprehensive reports, including detailed business reviews.
  4. Manage team recruitment, guide junior team members, and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in restructuring, insolvency, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
