Your role involves creating a nurturing educational environment, enhancing learner referrals and enrolments, forging partnerships, ensuring compliance, and providing management insights to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities and Key Performance Indicators
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with external stakeholders, community organisations, and networks to support adult learning programmes.
  • Promote suitable adult learning programmes and SWAPs to learners and referral sources.
  • Conduct information, advice, and guidance sessions for potential learners.
  • Engage with learners, employers, and community groups, providing comprehensive programme information.
  • Manage learner referral data, coordinating with tutors and management.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and support potential learners.
  • Assess individual learner needs and provide tailored guidance.
  • Attend education and careers events to promote adult learning.
  • Complete recruitment and enrolment documentation accurately and on time.
  • Meet monthly targets for programme starts, placements, and progressions.
  • Implement learner engagement strategies to encourage participation.
