A leading company in the scaffolding sector is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the UK. This role involves building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and requires extensive experience in the scaffolding industry. Base Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE)
Commission: Uncapped on new business revenue generated
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 with travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Hybrid: None field days are based in the office in the East Midlands

The Role:
TheSales Managerwill be responsible for driving revenue growth within the UK, building client relationships, and to meet and exceed sales targets. This individual will need to have a deep understanding of scaffolding systems, as well as a proven track record in sales within a manufacturing or construction-related industry.
Although this position is for a Sales Manager, there are no direct reportees. However, for the right candidate, excellent career progression opportunities will be available, including the potential to manage a small team in the near future.
