Job Description:

The role of Senior Vice President - Sales (Insurance, BFSI) requires a highly experienced professional with a deep understanding of the P&C, Life & Annuity Insurance Industry, focusing on Insurance carriers (large/regional), Reinsurers, Agencies, and Brokers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Driving business transformation, growth, and development within the insurance sector
  2. Sourcing, qualifying, strategizing, pitching, and closing large, complex multi-tower BPM deals for WNS
  3. Conducting research to identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts, including CFOs, GCs, and company advisors
  4. Overseeing business development initiatives in North America, including monitoring and tracking opportunities
  5. Delivering presentations to customers, utilizing data from needs analysis to demonstrate WNS's value proposition
  6. Executing sales strategies to achieve successful outcomes
  7. Negotiating deals to optimize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction
  8. Providing accurate forecasts through pipeline analysis
  9. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans
  10. Coordinating internal resources to pursue high-value accounts
  11. Managing selling activities with diligence and timeliness
  12. Maintaining knowledge of WNS services through ongoing professional development
