Salary:

£35,000 - £42,000 DOE + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Pinterest
2. Create compelling content (images, videos, copy) that aligns with the brand's identity and trends
3. Manage the content calendar, ensuring regular and timely posts
4. Monitor engagement, track performance, and refine strategies based on data insights
5. Collaborate with design teams to create dynamic visuals and social assets
6. Engage with followers, answer comments, and foster an active community
7. Work with marketing and PR teams on product launches and campaigns

What We're Looking For:

1. 3+ years of experience in social media management, ideally within fashion, retail, or lifestyle sectors
2. Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools
3. Excellent written and visual content creation skills
4. Creative mindset with a keen eye for trends and audience engagement
5. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
6. Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) is a plus
