High profile Colchester-based client seeking Qualified Accountant for newly created Finance Manager role

We are supporting a high profile and established Colchester-based organisation in recruiting to a newly created role of Finance Manager.
Reporting into an excellent Head of Finance, you will lead a small team in delivering a robust finance service.

We are seeking a CCAB Qualified Accountant to lead a small Finance team in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of monthly management accounts. You will lead on all budgeting and forecasting with your budget holders and ensuring there is strong cashflow management. You will also lead on preparation for financial and statutory accounts and liaise with auditors.
You will have excellent communication skills and lead your small team in driving improvements in all areas including systems and processes. You will improve working relationships with other key business areas and lead on delivering a high quality business partnering service.

Hybrid and flexible working options are available and you will need to attend their offices in Colchester 2-3 days per week.
