Fully office based - 09:00 - 17:00

Our client, a delightful investment company based in Knightsbridge, is currently seeking a PA / Office Manager to work in their offices. The ideal candidates will have previous PA and some office management experience, ideally within a smaller company environment and from the professional services sector. This role involves supporting key Partners and managing the smooth operation of an office with 13 staff. It is a hands-on role requiring flexibility and teamwork. The office environment is respectful, collaborative, and friendly.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing PA support to Partners
  • Extensive diary management
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Managing office events such as drinks, summer party, and Christmas party
  • Preparing reports and generating data
  • Meeting and greeting clients, hospitality
  • Handling projects like office relocations
  • Managing suppliers and contracts

Preference will be given to candidates with previous stable PA / Office Management experience from the professional services or finance sectors.
