Job description

Leading a global logistics provider is seeking an experienced Airfreight Export Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to join a robust department where you can manage end-to-end freight operations, deliver results, and gain recognition. The role involves providing airfreight export operational services and customizing logistics solutions for clients of all sizes, from small businesses to multinational corporations. Is this you?

Responsibilities, Not Limited To:

  1. Airfreight coordination, including daily communication with customers, agents, and suppliers.
  2. Follow-up and resolution of operational issues or customer service concerns.
  3. Contributing to operational development and cost-saving initiatives.
  4. Processing export documents and creating/submitting Customs export declarations.
  5. Ensuring compliance with HMRC export and import regulations through self-auditing.
  6. Maintaining accuracy of export and import declarations via self-auditing.
  7. Issuing monthly client reports (ASM/Boxtop).
  8. Promoting the company's services and products while delivering excellent customer service.
  9. Following up on prospects, providing quotations, maintaining existing business, and reviewing processes for operational improvements.
  10. Managing gross profit analysis, billing, and job costing accuracy.
