YOUR MISSION

• Ensure individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective customer service.
• Provide high standards of customer experience aligned with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
• Complete all required training programs, both domestic and global, to drive results.
• Participate in Loss Prevention education and training programs.
• Maintain Loss Prevention and operational compliance within the store.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store Management.
• Participate in store openings and closings; travel may be required.
• Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are followed and the store's visual presentation meets PUMA standards.
• Maintain the store's physical condition and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Maintain a safe and compliant environment, reporting issues to management.
• Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
