Role: Influencer Executive - Myprotein Japan

Location: Manchester - WA15 0AF (Fully Office Based) or Tokyo

We seek a Japanese-speaking Influencer Executive to drive sales and performance for Myprotein Japan, joining a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop strategies for the Influencer Team to identify and recruit suitable influencers and partnerships, onboard content creators and platforms aligned with marketing goals to grow the business.
2. Manage relationships end-to-end and develop new and existing Partnership Leads, securing on-brand collaborations.
3. Utilize tools like Excel and Google Analytics to analyze and report influencer performance.
4. Coordinate with Content, Social, Campaign, and Digital teams to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and enhance influencer coverage for optimal ROI and growth.
5. Understand key marketing metrics and tracking tools to forecast, analyze competition, and turn results into strategic actions.
6. Collaborate with the international team to identify growth opportunities and enhance brand presence in Japan.
7. Report on influencer performance regularly and manage the Myprotein Japan Influencer Database.
8. Support growth on new platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Naver, Kakao) to keep Myprotein evolving with industry trends.

Role Requirements:

• Fluent in Japanese, with a passion for developing the Japanese market, able to write and speak at a professional level.
• At least 2 years of experience in influencer/digital marketing in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercially savvy, ambitious, and capable of handling pressure and multitasking.
• Strong communication and people management skills, with the ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Genuine interest in digital marketing channels and e-commerce, working in a digital-first environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thinking creatively and taking early responsibility.
• Calm under pressure, with good workload management skills.
• Interest in fitness or sports nutrition is a plus.
