Castlefield is currently representing a Housing Association in Cheshire to recruit a Sales and Marketing Officer on a 3-month interim basis. The role focuses on selling properties in an estate agent-like manner, including all communication and viewings with prospective customers and solicitors. It offers a flexible hybrid working model, combining office attendance, home working, and travel to properties. The salary ranges from £26 to £30 per hour via umbrella agency.

The role:
  1. Market, sell, and progress sales of new shared ownership homes, rent-to-buy homes, and other asset disposals across multiple developments, with a focus on off-plan reservations.
  2. Conduct plot sales viewings, property inspections, and completion visits within Muir’s operational area.
  3. Coordinate with key stakeholders, including estate agents, solicitors, independent financial advisors, and other external agents, to ensure successful program delivery.
  4. Manage sales and lettings of Rent-to-Buy Homes.
The person:
  • Experience working in a home sales environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-performing sales programs and progressing individual sales of assets in a housing context.
