A top Lloyd's/London market insurer is looking to bring on board a Head of Reserving & Capital to establish both functions within a new entity.

Specifically you will develop the quarterly reserving process, risk and solvency functions, the internal capital model, and ad-hoc pricing strategy support.

Additionally, you'll immediately manage one direct report, working in tandem with the business to advise on future growth.
