The Community Health and Care Services within West Dunbartonshire HSCP provides a service to adults and their carers through a single point of entry, offering multi-disciplinary services to maximize health and promote independence through a coordinated approach by all disciplines.
This fully integrated service is committed to working in a multi-disciplinary way to provide holistic assessment and support to residents of West Dunbartonshire.
This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007, and membership with the PVG scheme is essential. Further details can be found here.
Preferred applicants will be required to become members of the relevant PVG scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer.
