Job Description
We’re working with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed group in the building services sector that’s on a mission to reshape how it manages contracts, risk, and commercial performance. They’ve grown to £42m turnover, manage 12,000+ live products, and have plans to expand that in the next 18 months through acquisitions and smarter commercial practices.
They’re now hiring a Commercial Manager to bring structure, clarity, and strategic thinking to how contracts are reviewed, negotiated, and managed across their portfolio. This is a key functional role, reporting into the Sales Director and working closely with project teams, divisional directors, and stakeholders across the UK.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring commercial terms work for the business, identifying risk, spotting opportunities for margin improvement, and helping to implement better processes. This isn’t a QS role – it’s broader, strategic, and has clear potential to grow into a Commercial Director position.
