Job Duties:
  1. Assess product and component condition.
  2. Strip unit per work instructions; follow MoD requirements where applicable.
  3. Check part availability and viability before starting.
  4. Update Job Card with BOM changes.
  5. Rebuild per OEM/AESP/work instructions.
  6. Test to spec; report faults to Supervisor.
  7. Maintain high-quality, efficient work.
  8. Follow all procedures (H&S, quality, SOPs).
  9. Complete paperwork accurately.
  10. Meet schedule and log work.
  11. Support ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements/Experience/Competence/Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel) or willing to work towards.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task, and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to follow instruction and learn new tasks.
  • A positive attitude towards work, and the aims and objectives of the company.
