Job Description:

Join SIXT as a Customer Service Agent in Edinburgh! Be the first and last point of contact for customers, working outdoors in car parks, welcoming customers, assisting with vehicle returns, and providing excellent service. This is a Fixed Term Contract ending around 31/10/2025, with a starting salary of £27,040/year plus bonuses.

Your role:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers
  • Manage vehicle check-in and check-out processes
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and complete necessary paperwork
  • Assist with vehicle transfers and refueling
  • Represent the SIXT brand with outstanding service
