They have an established and trusted client base with strong connections to UK & Overseas industry. The role is available to someone looking to join a highly respected and friendly leadership team within the business.


Your new role

The role itself centres around the core finances of the business. Reporting into a larger group finance function, this role will cover the day-to-day finance operations for the firm based in Ayrshire which will include:

  1. Financial year end
  2. Budgeting & Forecasting
  3. Month end
  4. Reconciliations
  5. Profit & Loss

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in the role, you will need to have experience of month & year end accounting ideally within a manufacturing organisation or practice firm. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with other senior figures within the business to impact decision making and to provide financial feedback. In order to achieve this you must be a competent communicator and have experience of the above duties as well as preparing and analysing financial statements.
