Now Hiring: Senior Reporting Lead / BI Consultant (Outside IR35)

Location: Remote (with occasional site visits)

Day Rate: Negotiable

Contract Duration: Until Sept 2026

We’re working with one of the largest healthcare transformation programmes in the UK and are seeking two Reporting Leads to drive NHS reporting strategy and delivery. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who can lead stakeholder conversations, shape reporting frameworks, and deliver insights using Oracle tools and Cerner Millennium data.

• Own and deliver operational reports and dashboards
• Lead stakeholder engagement and reporting strategy sessions
• Provide expertise on Cerner Millennium schema and workflows
• Translate complex requirements into efficient reporting solutions
• Review test issues and ensure reports meet operational goals
• Train teams on BI tools and reporting best practices

Requirements:

• Proven NHS or Healthcare BI experience (must-have)
• Expertise in Cerner / Oracle reporting (ideally SME level)
• Strong SQL / CCL skills
• Experience with Cerner Millennium EPR
• Ability to lead discussions with senior stakeholders
• Autonomous work style across complex projects
• Ability to guide technical and non-technical teams

Contract Details:

• Outside IR35
• Day Rate: Negotiable
• Start: ASAP
• End: Sept 2026
• Location: Remote-first, with occasional site visits
