Job Description:

Equans is looking for a Part-time Morning Cleaner to join our team in North Tyneside Magistrates Tynemouth Road NE30 1AG on a permanent basis working 10 hours per week. The salary offered is £12.21 per hour along with a benefits package.

Shift Pattern:

Monday - Friday 7.00 - 9.00

What will you deliver?

As the on-site Cleaner, you'll keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standards of hygiene, health, and safety, maintaining a professional manner with all staff and the general public.

For this role, you must undergo BPSS level vetting, including DBS clearance, which must be passable.

BPSS Quick Guide

To meet our requirements, the post holder must go through Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), a security clearance set out by the Government involving several checks.

These checks typically include:

• Identity Verification: Passport, photo ID, birth certificate, etc.
• Employment History (past 3 years): Any gaps require HMRC statements.
• Right to Work Status in the UK: Citizenship or valid share code.
• Unspent Criminal Record: Disclosure of any unspent convictions.
• Significant Periods Abroad: Any periods of 6+ months abroad in the past 3 years.
