Business Development Manager – Print & Promotional Printed Products
Location: London (Office-based during initial training then hybrid)
Base Salary: Up to £40,000 Uncapped Commission (Tailored to You)

Are you looking for a new Print Sales opportunity? If so, this company is entering an exciting new phase — and looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead the charge.

It’s made significant investments across technology, production, and client service teams in recent years, and it’s now ready to build a brand-new sales team — starting with you.

The Role:

This is a brand-new position with real influence. You’ll help spearhead the business development function, focused on selling high-quality corporate print services into the City. Think clients who value fast turnarounds, consistent quality, and reliable service — and need a partner who can deliver.

You’ll work closely with production and client services to gain deep insight into the businesses' capabilities during your initial training/probation period, which will be fully office-based. From there, the sky’s the limit.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success selling corporate print solutions (ideally into the City of London)
  • A deep understanding of fast-paced, deadline-driven client needs
  • Someone driven, ambitious, and ready to build something from the ground up
