Job Description:

What you’ll be doing

• Drive financial reporting deliverables for all reporting cycles, ensuring delivery of high-quality financial information, including reporting to the Home Office
• Provide reporting, planning and analysis of total labour resources and cost, across multiple programmes within ESN
• Work with Financial Business Partners to understand the ESN programmes and to fully align the labour & related P&L costs to the needs of the programme
• Ensure the financial integrity of the business by implementing discrete, complex process and policy changes.
• Drive process automation and optimisation of manual tasks associated with handling large volumes of data from multiple sources. Contribute to designing improvements in financial data, processes, and systems for better analysis and decision-making.
