Commercial Manager - Building Services

Our client is a well-respected Consultancy working within Building Services (mechanical and electrical) Commissioning Management and Validation.

They would like to recruit a Commercial Manager to work across several projects ensuring that all commercial activities run smoothly.

Your Duties will include:

1. Management of financial packages.
2. Developing relationships with clients and main contractors.
3. Pre-Construction - you will aid one of the Directors with putting tenders together.

Person:

1. You will be from a Construction background but have worked within M&E.
2. You will have worked as a PQS, Quantity Surveyor or Pre-Construction Manager.
3. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and main contractors.
