What You’ll OwnLead First, Operate SecondThis isn’t just a store manager role, it’s an opportunity to lead, scale, and build something bigger.
Availability RequirementsThis full-time leadership role requires 40 hours per week across five days. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your schedule while ensuring strong store performance. Peak trading days are typically Friday to Sunday, and being available during these times will be key to supporting your teams when it matters most.
