About the Role

Connex Education Partnership is currently recruiting for a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to cover maternity leave at a vibrant primary school in the Bakersfield area of Nottingham. This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team in a well-established school environment.

• Position: Year 3 Teacher (Key Stage 2)
• Contract Type: Full-time maternity cover
• Start Date: June
• Duration: Expected to continue until the end of the academic year, with possibility of extension

Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have experience teaching in KS2, particularly Year 3 (NQTs and ECTs are also welcome to apply)
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organizational skills
• Show a passion for delivering engaging and inclusive curriculum content
• Have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
• Possess a creative approach to teaching and learning
• Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain a new one
