Seeking a Bid Assistant who will provide support for the IT aspects of client inquiries. This role entails crafting responses to client questionnaires and bid documents with a focus on information security and IT considerations.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals possessing backgrounds in legal, document review, or computer science, who are interested in thriving within a fast-paced global business environment. The role may also encompass responsibilities related to SOX controls, which must be followed as applicable.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly assessing client requirements to ensure accurate submission of Information Security and technical IT prerequisites, utilizing standardized responses.
  • Identifying potential risks and exceptions through established procedures and responses.
  • Maintaining the template for Information Security & IT responses.
  • Adhering to SOX control obligations if integrated into the role.

Other duties will be required to offer support to the IT and Information Security teams. Responsibilities may evolve due to the dynamic nature of the IT landscape; therefore, the list above serves as a guide and is not exhaustive.
