Candidate
A ranked Corporate Team needs a Senior or Principal Associate who would like to be part of their vibrant Edinburgh office. Ideally, the candidate would have a range of corporate experience like working on M&A contracts and other corporate proceedings.

This role will include:

• Taking control of certain corporate transactions.
• Corresponding with your senior colleagues on high-profile cases.
• Encouraging junior members of staff on their career development, teaching them vital technicalities of the business.
• Providing a consistent customer service experience for all clients.
• Be progressive with business development plans and ideas, not being afraid to take these to Partners.
