Executive Cost Consultant - Bristol

Leading independent construction and property consultancy committed to providing world-class service to their clients is seeking an Executive Cost Consultant to support the growth of their business across the South West.

Working within a dedicated and dynamic cost team and reporting directly to senior leadership, this is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects across various sectors in the South West, including residential, commercial office projects, leisure projects such as Bristol Zoo, large-scale masterplanning, retail, light industrial, and a film studios project.

There are also opportunities to be involved in the evolving role of cost management, including market-leading initiatives, utilizing new software, Power BI, sector communities, specialist forums, and business development.

As an Executive Cost Consultant, your daily responsibilities will include managing project finances, preparing cost estimates and cost planning, and the commercial management of projects within construction contract structures. You will develop specialist knowledge, be responsible for project delivery, and support teams working on larger projects. You will be encouraged to guide junior team members and participate in growing the business through the firm’s wider initiatives.

A degree qualification is preferred, with MRICS accreditation being advantageous but not essential, as the company can support training for MRICS qualification.
