We're currently recruiting a dedicated Waiter/Waitress to help ensure the smooth running of operations and deliver the best guest experience possible.

This role involves variable shifts, including some evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcoming guests
2. Taking orders and providing recommendations
3. Ensuring customer satisfaction
4. Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
5. Ensuring accurate preparation and quality
6. Handling orders from customers at the bar and from servers
7. Delivering food and drinks efficiently
8. Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
9. Managing tabs and record-keeping
10. Maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar area
11. Cleaning glasses and restocking supplies
12. Managing inventory and checking IDs for age verification
13. Assisting with other bar duties and potentially serving food

• Ability to interact professionally with customers and resolve inquiries
• Knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and recipes
