Job Description

The duties include:

• Managed outsourced payroll for 15 companies within the group
• Manage the P11d and year end process
• Drive consolidation of monthly payroll schedules
• Maintaining accurate payroll records, including holidays and adjustments
• Support with employee benefits including pension
• Check payroll are accurate and make amendments when needed
• Dealing with payroll related queries
• Develop payroll reporting as required
• Project work with on boarding new companies

The successful candidate MUST:

• Have experience in a similar role - Essential
• Be adaptable and excited by growth and change - Essential
• Have excellent communication skills at all levels - Essential
• Be up to date on all UK legislation - Essential
• Be able to drive change and process improvements - Essential
