The Harmony Trust is a strong Multi Academy Trust with academies in Oldham, Tameside, and Derby. We are looking for two motivated, passionate, and experienced Speech, Language & Communication Therapy Practitioners to join our Inclusion Service (Derby Hub) in this new role.

Development Opportunity

The Board of Trustees wishes to appoint two Speech, Language & Communication Therapy Practitioners to join our team. The successful candidates will share our vision and values, committed to inclusion, and will work with our Speech and Language Therapist(s) to advise on environments, develop staff CPD, and support pupils post-assessment. They will be part of our Inclusion Team, offering expertise within and beyond the Trust.

This is a new role, ideal for candidates seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity to shape cross-service collaboration.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience working with children, with knowledge of SEND, and be a team player; be dynamic, motivated, and creative, with excellent communication skills.
  • Have high achievement expectations.
  • Be capable of leading and developing others.
  • Support the Trust Inclusion Service with expertise.
  • Experience in inclusion and supporting vulnerable families.
  • Work at operational and strategic levels within the organization.
