Working Pattern (Mon-Fri): Mon-Fri

Mandatory Skills
  1. Manages and leads people in the delivery of the work package or project stage in partnership with the customer and business unit to ensure acceptance, close-down, and handover to service.
  2. Defines the work package or project stage requirements and manages the agreement process of requirements and objectives.
  3. Operates according to client working practices, ensuring compliance with relevant local policies.
  4. Reports to the Project or Program Manager through Highlight Reports and stage assessments.
  5. Ensures that formal review procedures are used.
  6. Manages the risks associated with the deliverables of the project or work package.
  7. Ensures that the impact on the business unit's profit & loss due to project activities within the scope of the project is clearly visible and that all contingency usage is signed off by the appropriate governance authority.
  8. Builds and manages relationships with key stakeholders (customer, subcontractors, and client), typically at the project level.
  9. Ensures own objectives are aligned with the Project or Program objectives.
  10. Actively supports the project to comply with any associated policies.
