Job description

Our client, a growing architectural practice based in Worthing, is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team. The successful Architectural Technologist will be working for a company that specializes in the design and delivery of a variety of projects predominantly within the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. The role will mainly comprise working on various high-rise schemes across the South and London, primarily on Stages 4/5. This opportunity will allow an Architectural Technologist to add complex projects to their portfolio.

Residential experience would be highly advantageous as our client has a large portfolio & pipeline of exciting projects. Our client primarily uses Revit, so experience with the software is required. The successful Architectural Technologist will have the opportunity to develop their career in a busy, thriving atmosphere.

Architectural Technologist Position Overview

1. Working within a number of different sectors
2. Work on large scale, complex projects
3. Gain strong exposure to RIBA Stages 4/5
4. Produce technical details / drawings
5. Assisting with any issues quickly
6. Use Revit to produce high-quality drawings

Architectural Technologist Position Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
2. Highly motivated & strong work ethic
3. Residential experience highly advantageous
4. Strong technical ability
5. Live within a commutable distance of Worthing
6. Revit knowledge
