Job Description:

Do you want to work for a Nursery that values and cares for its staff as much as it cares for children? We are a welcoming team offering paid breaks, staff meetings, a birthday day off, social events, and holiday accrual based on your employment duration at Little Minds.

Our Ethos is Happy Staff=Happy Children=Happy Families

Tasks

Little Minds in Tormarton (GL9 – 10 mins from Yate) is looking to recruit Early Years Educators for our Toddler unit (ages 1-2 years).

We seek dedicated candidates interested in training within an Early Years Environment. We welcome Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified staff, and experience with babies is a bonus.

The position offers 20-40 hours per week, year-round, between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Starting pay for unqualified staff is between £19,000 - £25,200 per annum for those aged 21 and over, depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements

Our criteria for the role:

  • You must have a warm, friendly demeanor that makes every child feel special.
  • You should be able to laugh at jokes, even if you don't understand or find them funny!
  • Having a touch of quirkiness is encouraged. For example, if a child asks you to be a pirate captain, you should be ready to embrace that role!
  • You should be prepared to have lots of fun at work. Laughter is a big part of our daily routine.
  • Finally, you need to feel loved, valued, and important to the children and families you work with. This is a unique and rewarding job.

If you are passionate about supporting children's growth and development, we look forward to hearing from you.

We offer paid breaks, staff meetings, a birthday day off, social events, and holiday accrual based on your length of service at Little Minds.
