A leading company in student accommodation is seeking a Cleaner for a part-time role. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in designated areas, ensuring a pleasant living environment for students. Ideal candidates will have cleaning experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for excellent service. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaner to join our team.
This is a permanent part-time position working 25 hours per week from 9am to 2pm, Monday to Friday. The salary is £16,437.52 per annum.
This role will be responsible for cleaning designated areas in our student accommodation, including bedrooms, bathrooms, shower rooms, kitchens, and all white goods contained in the kitchens.

We are looking for: you to already have experience of cleaning in a similar environment, with great communication and organization skills, attention to detail, and a passion for doing an excellent job.
You will need a good conversational standard of English and the ability to read and interpret our Health & Safety guidance. You should also be prepared to work at other sites with notice and to work additional hours when needed, especially during main student arrival and departure weekends. Offers of employment are subject to satisfactory vetting, including employment references covering the past three years, and may involve additional checks such as a basic DBS.
