Work Pattern:

Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM

Salary:

£27,219 per annum

Location:

Sale Rd, Norwich NR7 9TP - Travel to various external locations as needed.

Requirements:

• Driver license and access to a vehicle are essential; mileage paid at 45p per mile after home to work base mileage deduction.

In this role, you will oversee both internal and external communications, ensuring consistent, clear, and engaging messaging across various channels. Responsibilities include media relations, emergency communications, content creation, and internal bulletins to amplify the charity's voice and support mental health initiatives across Norfolk and Waveney.

Key Responsibilities

1. Field media inquiries, issue press releases, and coordinate media tours.
2. Develop and implement communication plans for new services and initiatives.
3. Create engaging content for internal bulletins, newsletters, and the website.
4. Support fundraising and marketing efforts with compelling copy.
5. Provide proofreading and refinement of materials.
