About the Store

The Brunswick store is located in a pedestrianised courtyard shopping precinct in London's Bloomsbury area, near a large Waitrose that attracts high foot traffic. The store was refurbished in 2024, featuring a contemporary design, three optical test rooms, and one dedicated audiology room, all equipped with state-of-the-art clinical technology. The team comprises 11 experienced colleagues, including full-time and part-time retailers, resident optometrists, and a pre-registration optometrist.

Store Location

Situated in an affluent area of London's West End, Bloomsbury is home to cultural and educational institutions such as University College London, RADA, and the British Museum. The area offers green spaces, cafes, and restaurants, with excellent transport links including Russell Square tube station (20 yards away), Euston, and Kings Cross/St Pancras stations (about half a mile). An NCP car park services the shopping precinct.

Role Requirements

Candidates should have a strong retail background, with drive, passion, and a customer-focused approach. The Retail Partner will demonstrate high standards, build rapport with the team and community, and lead by example with attention to detail and relationship-building skills.
